Solutions Engineer – Connected Healthcare (IoT Focus)
As a Solutions Engineer specializing in healthcare and healthcare IoT solutions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts in the growing healthcare technology sector. You will be responsible for all technical engagements with prospective healthcare customers, including product demos, proof of concepts, reference materials, and the development of implementation and best practices guides. In collaboration with our Sales Representatives/Account Managers, you will ensure seamless communication of technical requirements, while highlighting Kajeet’s innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance patient outcomes through Healthcare IoT technologies. Your passion for healthcare technology and problem-solving will make you a vital asset in helping customers leverage IoT for improved clinical operations, remote care, and enhanced patient engagement.
This position will report to the Director of Solutions Engineering and will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Operations Teams, and healthcare-focused partners and resellers.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have deep expertise in healthcare-focused IoT products such as wireless communication systems, cloud-based healthcare solutions, sensors, and connected health devices.
- Be well-versed in selling IoT solutions tailored to the healthcare industry, including Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Telehealth, and Connected Healthcare systems.
- Have at least 5+ years of experience selling Healthcare IT, IoT, or related technologies to healthcare providers, system integrators, or large enterprises.
- Be comfortable engaging with C-level executives, including those in the healthcare industry, and discussing complex technical and strategic IoT solutions.
- Have experience with both small and large-scale healthcare projects, bringing together technical teams and stakeholders to craft effective healthcare IoT solutions.
- Possess a multidisciplinary understanding of healthcare technology stacks, including cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), IoT integration, and mobile health solutions.
- Have hands-on experience developing or deploying enterprise-level healthcare projects.
- Be collaborative, with a proven ability to build successful relationships with colleagues and customers in the healthcare space.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and drive, particularly in bringing innovative Healthcare IoT solutions to market.

The successful candidate will be proactive in solution design, removing sales obstacles, and addressing customer needs. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in technical sales engineering, specifically within the Healthcare sector or Healthcare IoT solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of healthcare customer requirements and product offerings, including solutions such as RPM, Telehealth, and Connected Devices.
- Ability to develop and present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis for Healthcare IoT solutions.
- Proven track record of closing sales and successfully managing team sales processes.
- Experience with proposal responses, including solution design and technical requirements specific to Healthcare IoT solutions.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet aggressive goals and manage complex healthcare projects.
- Ability to resolve complex technical or political situations within the healthcare sector.
- Solid communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present to both technical and non-technical healthcare stakeholders.
Preferred Additional Skills and Experience:
- Experience with configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of healthcare-related devices (mobile broadband routers, Healthcare IoT devices).
- Certification in healthcare IoT or telehealth platforms, such as Samsung Knox or Cradlepoint.
- Previous experience in mobile broadband or telecommunications, with a focus on healthcare applications.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN configuration, IP traffic management, and Healthcare IT security protocols.
- Expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, and their healthcare-specific applications.
- Experience using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Teams.
